Morgensrust Weddings

Morgensrust offers outdoor and indoor options for your wedding and ceremony. We boast with our beautiful garden ceremony under our ancient oak trees which is perfect for summer and spring weddings. Or opt for a romantic setting on the Veranda with the antique windmill in the background. Ceremony setup on the Veranda creates an intimate chapel feel and is a great alternative should you experience bad weather. The “stoep”, legendary for its leisurely pre-drinks at sunset can be closed off.

The spacious venue with its natural beauty and vintage charm is the absolute perfect spot to celebrate your most romantic day. The venue can accommodate 80-200 guests, which includes a spacious dance floor.

Morgensrust Intimate Weddings

Should you prefer a more intimate reception the venue can adapt in order to accommodate a minimum of 40-60 guests. You have the option to enjoy your wedding reception under our ancient oak trees draped with fairy lights and Chinese lanterns, creating a warm, romantic atmosphere. Opt for an intimate reception on our Veranda or in our Main Hall with pocket lounges creating a sophisticated, laid-back set-up. Alternatively a classy, chic Cocktail Wedding setup can be arranged.
